New soccer jersey 2010/11 unveiled by Hamburg

German club Hamburg FC have revealed their new third soccer jersey that they will wear throughout their quest for european football during the 2010/11 Bundesliga campaign.
All in all, the team had a rather disappointing 09/10 domestic season which saw them finish in 7th place and miss out on European football for the following year. The team’s Europa League campaign was relatively successful. The club comfortably emerged from their four team group before progressing past PSV on away goals and Anderlecht 6-5 on aggregate. The semi finals pitted them against surprise package Fulham. The English side managed to progress 2-1 on aggregate robbing Hamburg from playing the final in their own stadium.

The new Hamburg 2010/11 third soccer jersey is predominately red with a white pinstripe down the sides and around the underarm of the body. Manufacturers Adidas position their white logo in the top right of the jersey whilst the three traditional white stripes run down the shoulders. The club badge is situated in the top left and sponsors “Fly Emirates” place their large white logo across the middle of the jersey.

  1. Nothing is more important for a soccer fan, than his team's colors and badge. In the soccer uniform, the club's badge is on the chest, placed close to the heart.
